Payments

After the sketch is completed and approved, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required. It is also possible to arrange a different payment method if both parties agree.Payment is accepted via BLIK (PL), PayPal, or bank transfer.Once the lineart is approved, any major changes will incur an additional fee of 8$The commission will be sent within one hour of receiving the payment. The client will be informed of any delays.An additional background featuring a scene, furniture, or environment will cost an extra 8/10$Cancellation after lineart approval (in the case of lineart-only commissions, after the sketch is approved) results in a non-refundable deposit.

Execution

The order of commissions depends on the time the request is submitted.If no slots are available, the client will be placed on a waiting list.The artist is obliged to inform people on the waiting list when slots become available.The artist must follow the references provided by the client unless changes to specific elements are requested.Each additional character in a single artwork is charged at 60% of the price of a separate artwork. This rule does not apply during special promotions.The artist must inform eligible clients about any ongoing promotions when the order is placed.NSFW/gore content is available to clients 18+ only, upon proof of age.

Other

There is no set deadline for commission completion.With the client’s consent, the artist has the right to include the completed work in their portfolio/Instagram/X, with appropriate credit to the OC owner.Any feedback, suggestions, or pointing out errors are considered helpful and do not require an apology.Ideas for poses/facial expressions/lighting are welcome.If no such ideas are provided, the artist is free to decide on them creatively.
